New Release - ADAPT-Builder 2012 (build 0) August, 2012: ADAPT-Builder 2012 build 0 represents a major development milestone for ADAPT's 3D finite element platform by extending its underlying modeling and analysis capabilities from single to multi-level. With this new capability, structural engineers can use the suite of Builder products, ADAPT-Floor Pro, MAT and Edge, to not only carry out their detailed floor and foundation system design, but also integrated building analysis for gravity or lateral loads. Unlike other solutions in the market, ADAPT-Builder offers all of these capabilities using a unified environment and one model, saving countless hours of unnecessary data transfer between software and reducing the possibility of errors. All Builder 2012 programs can now import a complete concrete building model from Revit, streamlining the design process even further. New Release - ADAPT-ABI 2012 (build 0) January, 2012: ADAPT-ABI 2012 build 0 is a new and improved version of our specialized software for the design and 4D analysis of prestressed concrete bridges built either segmentally or conventionally. This release incorporates major improvements to the 3D modeling of structures for a more realistic representation of the built structure and also delivers dramatic performance improvements. ADAPT-Builder 2010 (build 1) July, 2011: ADAPT-Builder 2010 build 1 is a maintenance release that includes a new soft license activation feature as well as other general improvements. ADAPT-FELT 2011 February, 2011: ADAPT-FELT 2011 is the latest version of our software for Friction, Elongation and Long-Term stress loss calculation of pre- and post-tensioned tendons. ADAPT-Builder (Floor Pro) 2010 October, 2009: The upcoming ADAPT-Builder 2010 release will include ground-breaking vibration analysis capabilities. With this new integrated capability, structural engineers will be able to view and evaluate the vibration response of design models at any stage of the design process. This information will allow them to fine-tune the in-service performance of their projects at an earlier stage than ever possible before, saving time and unnecessary design revisions. Integration analysis will be available in the ADAPT-Floor Pro module of Builder 2010. ADAPT-Revit Structure 2010 link (beta) July, 2009: This new version of our poplular integration link is compatible with Revit Structure 2010. The ADAPT-Revit Link supports the seamless transfer of physical model information between Revit Structre and the ADAPT-Builder suite of programs, saving time and reducing potential modeling errors. The integration link is also capable of transferring all reinforcement information designed and optimized in ADAPT to Revit structure for more effective project coordination and documentation. ADAPT-PT 2010 (beta) May, 2009: The pre-release beta version of ADAPT-PT 2010 was distributed to a selected group of ADAPT clients worldwide for final testing, validation and fine-tuning. This updated version of ADAPT-PT incorporates the new ACI-318 2008 / IBC 2009 design code, 64 bit compatibility, and many improvements to the operation of the software. General distribution to clients on maintenance contracts is expected first quarter of 2010. ADAPT-Builder 2009 February, 2009: Builder 2009 includes many productivity enhancing new features. An automatic tendon layout feature was added that allows you to generate banded as well as distributed tendons automatically. ADAPT-ABI 2009 August, 2008: The all new ADAPT-ABI 2009 features a 3D modeling environment which allows the user to model any bridge structure graphically and to define and manage constructions stages more efficiently. The bridge structures may include tendons, loads and travel paths. The modeling environment lets the user import DWG/DXF drawings and allows the transformation of polygons into either 3D structural components or cross sections. Bridge segments and piers can be given any cross section and a section manager allows the user to define any cross sections to be used in a project. ABI 2009 includes an extendable moving load library which contains predefined load trains. ADAPT-ABI 2009 is a special-purpose program developed for the design and analysis of prestressed concrete bridges built either segmentally or conventionally.
